One of the most important aspect of a complete pipette calibration service is its warranty plan and at Preacc we offer a full one year warranty period on all of our calibrations, which means the client can get any of the pipettes (Serviced by Preacc) re-calibrated any number of times, should you suspect that the instrument is off calibration or broken for any reason within the one year warranty period. So our long warranty in short means 12 months of peace of mind.
Note: Calibration warranty is not valid if a pipette is not used in accordance with the instructions contained in Manufacturer’s operating manual and physically or chemically misused. Any parts that will be replaced during warranty period will be at additional cost.
